  • Grab some of your favorite drinks and snacks to enjoy at the studio! Beer and Wine are good choices for obvious reasons. 
  • No painting experience is required. None whatsoever! Our artists will guide you step by step.
  • We supply everything you need for the night- the canvas, brushes, paint, easels, and aprons!

    Art ’N Soul ~ Waiver of Liability Agreement

    By reserving your class on line, you have accepted and confirmed these conditions for all events and classes at Art & Soul LLC, at 4450 Prospect Rd, Peoria Heights Il., 61616

    RELEASE/WAIVER: “In consideration for my participation at Art ’N Soul, I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Art ’N Soul, their officers, servants, agents, or employees, including from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, other participants or to any property belonging to me or other participants while participating in such activity, (including, but not limited to creating visual arts and consuming alcohol), and I am voluntarily participating in the activities knowing that the activities may be hazardous to myself and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, that may be sustained by my me or other participants or any loss or damage to property owned by me or other participants, as a result of my participation at Art ’n Soul. I further agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court cost and attorney fees that I may incur due to my participation in Art ’N Soul events. I EXPRESSLY REPRESENT THAT I UNDERSTAND that some of the activities will include, but not be limited to, creating visual arts and consuming alcohol and that I have informed Releasees, in writing, of any physical or mental condition that might have a negative or undesirable effect on my participation prior to, or contemporaneously with the reading and accepting of this Agreement. In the event of a medical emergency, I will be financially responsible for any and all expenses associated with medical treatment. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above named Releasees. I further agree that this Waiver of Liability Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

    “By completing my reservation, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I HAVE READ the above Waiver and Liability Agreement, I UNDERSTAND IT AND agree to IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral presentations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; I have the legal right to consent on behalf of the child Participant; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.”
